Description of the Retreat
This will be one of the most fun, fresh, invigorating and at the same time, self-centering retreats.
The idea sprang out a sesshin, a silent meditation retreat, that Vivi and Helge followed during a cold and rainy December. Now, under the warmth and the light of early June, we invite you to a new luminous season, and a totally refreshing retreat experience.

An extra option would be: Free Diving in the Deep Sea.
We could plan 2 such Deep Sea Freediving excursions with a boat and diving gear at an extra cost.
Depending on the weather, the day may start with meditation and diving right after, with brunch waiting for us after the refreshing morning. In this case, rest, more swimming, and yoga will be the rewards of our afternoon. The evening will close with mesmerizing sunsets, delectable dinners al fresco, and beautiful friendship in the enfolds of heavenly Zen Rocks.
Your guides in this journey will be, Vivi Letsou, long time Zen meditator and passionate Yoga Teacher, and Helge Lovskar a deep sea & ocean lover since childhood, and a champion of free diving in Norway.

We will be getting up early for meditation! After a cup of tea and a light snack we will practice dynamic and athletic yoga, which could be adapted to all ages and needs. Then we will rest and digest our delectable brunch. In the warmth of the day we will be introduced to the secrets of sea and the diving way. The retreat program includes daily visits to the sea, with Helge introducing us to “what lies beneath” and how to approach/connect with the sea as well as instruction on free diving. We will explore beautiful Mediterranean blue beaches and enjoy diving in safe and not-too deep waters.
